The venue was reserved for an all-day celebration, featuring the Grand Syon Ballroom adorned with a bespoke, luxury rustic vision and a romantic theme,. Basically brought to life with the assistance of decorators and wedding coordinators and our lighting team.

Raw Echoes was tasked with delivering an exceptional service for this Indian wedding at the Syon Park Hilton. The couple and their family sought to create an awe-inspiring atmosphere from the moment guests stepped into the ballroom, necessitating a setup and takedown within a single day. This was meticulously executed, considering the Grand Ballroom’s dual use for the Indian wedding Mandap ceremony, as well as for capturing photographs and hosting the wedding breakfast/lunch.

Also the wedding ceremony at the Hilton Hotel Syon Park was a display of cultural elegance. Guests were greeted in the Syon Grand Ballroom by the melodious tunes of a Sitar and Tabla player. Following the Hindi wedding ceremony, the couple and their families received blessings on a splendid spring day, bathed in sunshine reminiscent of summer. The video team skillfully captured every moment. Raw Echoes AV provided a sound system and microphone, complemented by background music and bright mood lighting. All to create a richly coloured ambiance for the Mandap ceremony.

Finally the evening reception elevated the celebration to extraordinary heights. Mixmaster DJ RAAJH, accompanied by the Raw Echoes LED screen Platinum Package. A team of Dhol drummers from two distinct groups, enthralled guests with dazzling lighting and visual effects. A diverse array of music played on the ground-shaking sound system, ensuring a memorable night for all.
